Hello Friends!
Sorry I’ve been so MIA. I took a bit of a recipe-creating hiatus to finish up the end of my senior year strong and give myself a bit of a break after a crazy 4 years! Anyway, I am so excited to be done and back creating in full swing! Today I am starting a bomb.com series featuring all of the best light, fresh, healthy, and delicious summer desserts to fuel your beach days, long hikes, sunny afternoons, and backyard BBQ’s.
First up in the series is this amazing Vegan strawberry sorbet that is completely dairy free and refined sugar free! It only takes about 5 minutes to whip up and then all you have to do is freeze! It’s so easy it can be dangerous (like making it every day ;)).
There are so many reasons I love this dessert, but here are a few major ones:
- its SO EASY to make
- Its refined sugar free
- It doesn’t break the bank
- It only has 4 ingredients
- You only need a blender and a Tupperware
- minimal cleanup

Vegan Strawberry Sorbet
By: Grace // Just A Veg
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 3 hours
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Transfer to a container and freeze for 2.5-3 hours. You want the sorbet to be hard but scoop-able. Serve immediately.
I would recommend making what you will eat, as leaving it in the freezer overnight or longer than 3 hours makes it icier. However, if you wanted to make it in bulk you can let it defrost for about 20 minutes and then re-blend to get a creamier texture 🙂
That’s it! I told you it was easy 🙂
If you don’t love strawberry flavor you can totally replace the frozen strawberries with your favorite frozen fruit! Raspberry, mango, blueberry, or pineapple would also taste amazing.
Let me know if you try this recipe and how you like it!
Have a great week!
Love,
Grace // Just A Veg ♥
