ENERGY BALL RECIPES for you!

Energy balls or bars can often be tricky to buy at a store, because they are usually filled with preservatives, additives, and added sugar. On top of this, they are always SO expensive and never taste quite as good as you’d hoped. Making your own can save money, only takes 10 minutes, and taste amazing! It’s an overall win. 🙂

Today I am bringing you not one but two flavors of energy balls that you can make at home! Both recipes are under 10 ingredients, and are filled with nutrients, healthy fats, and omega 3s. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your blender and lets get going!

The first recipe is for Choco-Chia-Tahini Bites. These are filled with chia seeds, which expand in your stomach, making you feel fuller for longer! Chia seeds are amazing for so many things. They promote gut health, are filled with fiber and antioxidants, and are quality plant protein. These bites also have flaxseed. If you read my Smoothie Bowl for Skin Health post, you probably know that flaxseed is amazing for your skin, hair, and gut. Check out that post for more info!

These bites are like peanut butter cookie dough- perfectly chewy, sweet, and all things delicious. They are filled with hemp seeds, which are another amazing source of Omega 3 fatty acids, a fantastic healthy fat to keep your energy up and keep you fuller for longer!
